

Complete and total chaos. Arrival midnight. Wake up 6 am. 2 hours with departing cook, a $9,000 sysco order I didn't even place to check in and put away, mind you I don't even know where the coolers are yet. 41 kids arriving parents to meet. Kids carrying things down to storage- spilled lentils, jam in the freezer, meat on the pantry shelves and lunch for 40 by 11:30 am.
It's only noon. They want dinner, too.
I think I just traded my backach for a serious headache. At least the scallops are good.
Departure for Grand Manan, Brunswick in two days.
